Call me lazy, but I prefer to use the mouse to do things rather than reaching the Fn keys on the keyboard (no, hot corners won’t cut it for me, they activate Expose accidentally too easily and I want my mouse buttons assigned to their normal actions, not to Expose’). However, without mouse gestures to activate it or without a small set of buttons either in the notification area or the Dock, it makes it pretty far reaching for me. Yes, Expose’ is really cool and functional. Apple engineers and product managers, take notice! However, anything that’s ‘great’ can become ‘near-perfect’ with a bit more effort, right? Older versions of Mac OS X and VLC media player The last version is 3.0.4 and can be found here. Support for NPAPI plugins was removed from all modern web browsers, so VLC's plugin is no longer maintained. You can also choose to install a Universal Binary. Note that the first generation of Intel-based Macs equipped with Core Solo or Core Duo processors is no longer supported. Previous devices are supported by older releases. It runs on any Mac with a 64-bit Intel processor or an Apple Silicon chip. VLC media player requires Mac OS X 10.7.5 or later.
